In-Person Classes

Payment must be received at the time of registration in order to secure your spot. We will open any unpaid spots after 24 hours.

Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

No refunds or credits will be granted in the week prior to the start of the semester or once classes have begun.

Cancelled semester registrations are subject to a $25 administration fee.

All registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Teachers and Class Schedule are subject to change.

If Public Health or the province regulates class closures or requires that we make changes to our program delivery due to COVID-19 or other illnesses, we will move all in-person indoor classes to Zoom online. There will be no refunds or credits due to these changes in program delivery once classes have begun. There are no exceptions.

It is your responsibility to attend class.  Refunds or credits are not issued for missed classes or classes moved to Zoom.

Any class may be cancelled if there is insufficient registration to provide a meaningful Music Together^® class experience. We will do our best to find a convenient alternate class time. If no alternate class time is available, we will provide a full refund.

Health Policy

Parents and caregivers are solely responsible for the health and well-being of their family.

Please refrain from attending class if anyone in your household is: sick, has been in contact with anyone who is sick, waiting on COVID-19 test result, etc.

Please contact us immediately if you become aware of exposure to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

COVID-19 ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
As the legal parent or guardian, I hereby release and hold harmless Kingston Frontenac Music Together Inc., its owners, teachers, and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by participant(s), while in or upon any premises, or on route to or from any of said premises, for the purpose of participating in a Kingston Frontenac Music Together class. 

Screening

I affirm, on behalf of myself and any child accompanying me, that:

None of us are displaying symptoms of fever, new or existing cough, difficulty breathing, or any known symptom(s) of COVID-19.

None of us have had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

No Doctor or other healthcare practitioner has instructed any of us to Self-Isolate or Quarantine.

I, and all eligible family members present will wear a mask covering nose and mouth after recent travel, exposure and/or recovery of COVID-19.
